You may request a return or exchange for certain products within 7 days from the date of delivery of your online order. The products must meet the relevant return conditions; we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that violate these rules.

Online Order Return Process

Step 1: Registration

WhatsApp or email us with photos of the product you wish to return and the order number.

Step 2: Packaging and Sending

Once you receive our confirmation message, please properly package the product and either arrange a courier pickup or send it via post yourself.

Step 3: Inspection

After receiving the product, we will require a few days to inspect its condition.

If the return complies with our policy, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date your online order is delivered.

Products must be brand new, with complete and undamaged packaging, and unused or unworn. Products not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

Items in a bundled set must be returned together.

Products that do not meet the return criteria will be sent back to the customer, and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide return shipping labels or refund return shipping costs.

The customer is responsible for the returned parcel until it is signed for. We recommend using a reliable and trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during transit.

Shipping fees, import taxes, and duties from the original order will not be refunded if you request a refund.

If you request an exchange, we are not responsible for the return or reshipping costs.

If you received the wrong item, a defective item, or found the package incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and provide your order number, product photos, and relevant details. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

Please note that this policy only applies to online orders.

In case of any disputes, Learning Bridge reserves the right to the final decision.

Refund Method

Learning Bridge will process the refund after receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued based on the payment method used during purchase.

If payment was made via credit card, we will refund the amount to the same card used for the transaction within 14 working days.

If payment was made via bank transfer or cash deposit, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days. If you have not yet provided your bank information, please refer to the template below. Once the refund is successfully processed, we will notify you via email.
