  Glendy Choi

  Founder • Director

  In addition to serving as an executive director of a Hong Kong-listed company, Glendy is committed to expanding opportunities for people with neurodiversity at Seed Bridge. She leads the team in the conception and operation of our services and strives to adapt to the many recent social benefit initiatives in Hong Kong.

  Ian Oh

  Co-founder and Director

  Ian has an IT background and is responsible for data and systems management at Seed Bridge. He uses industry knowledge to select the right positions for neurodiverse youth and guides Sunnie to assist our operations.

  Bonnie Yip

  Executive director

  Bonnie is an experienced educator and has worked in management for over 8 years in an organization focused on neurodiverse children. Bonnie is currently responsible for managing LBA's day-to-day operations, implementing fundraising strategies and budgets, advocating for community awareness of neurodiversity, and developing programs to support neurodiverse youth and their families.

  MANAGEMENT

  Christie volunteered to design the website and manage social media for Seed Bridge. Although she is new to these two areas, she hopes to do her best to promote the operation of Seed Bridge Society.

  Recruitment supervisor

  Connie has decades of experience across multiple disciplines and specializes in regulatory compliance, ensuring organizational integrity and legal compliance. Her excellent coordination skills streamline operations and increase productivity, while her financial analysis expertise helps make informed decisions and optimize resources to ensure the long-term success of the organizations she serves.

  Kerot Huang

  Project manager

  Kerot Huang graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University with a Master's degree in Education, Child and Youth Development. As an undergraduate majoring in Foreign Language and literature, he also studied political science at Ecole Politiques de Toulouse, France, where he has a unique insight into policy analysis. Kerot Huang is good at paying attention to the developmental characteristics of children and adolescents in different stages of development, and analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of different children. In the past ten years, I have been responsible for youth education and career planning, children's ability development and other aspects.
