In October, our neurodivergent young artists visited the factory of Kee Wah Bakery, one of Hong Kong’s best-loved food brands!

Earlier, Learning Bridge and Kee Wah Bakery joined hands to create the “彩月華堂” gift box, featuring original artwork by our talented artists. 

This visit gave them the wonderful opportunity to step inside the factory and learn more about Kee Wah Bakery’s story.

We discovered the brand’s history across three generations and the values behind every product: heartfelt craftsmanship and an unwavering commitment to quality. 

We were truly inspired by the hard work and passion that have been passed down through the generations.

What impressed us most was Kee Wah Bakery’s dedication to balancing modern technology with traditional craftsmanship. Even with automated production, 

many essential steps are still carried out by hand by skilled bakers—preserving the warmth, care and authentic Hong Kong flavour in every bite.
