Funded by the SF Family Foundation, the “Learning Bridge” Inclusive Employment Program was specially designed to prepare neurodivergent youth for the workplace. After six engaging sessions of life skills training, our first round of the “Career Kickstart” course has officially concluded!

All eight participants showed great perseverance, and our instructors were impressed by the remarkable progress each of them made. A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated trainers Samson, Eliza, and Cathy, who guided the group in building workplace readiness and interpersonal skills.

Participants also explored various job experiences — from learning about hotel soap recycling work, to cultural restoration, and even cement crafting into daily-use items. These hands-on sessions were truly eye-opening!
