To support neurodiverse youth before and after employment, the program includes practical training courses for "Job Companion" and the "Career Launch" courses aimed at enhancing personal soft skills.
Through seminars, sharing sessions, and interactive workshops, we help employers and corporate employees deepen their understanding of neurodiverse youth, discover their strengths, and assist in creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.

A "Job Companion" serves as a communication bridge between neurodiverse youth and employers. For the first six months after a neurodiverse youth secures employment, our Job Companions assist them in adapting to the new work environment and guide employers in providing the necessary resources and tools to enhance their work capabilities.
Learning Bridge supports neurodiverse youth by offering career matching services, referring them to suitable job opportunities based on their abilities and interests. Additionally, we provide onboarding support for both the youth and corporate employees to ensure a smooth transition into the workplace.
